Pearl Market

It's really another Silk Market. Third level is the pearls and other jewelry. Second level mainly fake brand name label stuff. First level seems to be some silk things and other handicrafts and souvenirs of Beijing. I wouldn't say don't go there... but if you are after something cheap and cheerful to take home for your friends, such as the embroidered purses or cushion covers you can get a much better price in the hutong areas where tourists aren't shipped in by the busload.
